How the Liquid Breaker™ system works
The Liquid Breaker™ System is made up of four basic components: the Omni Breaker™ Panel, Breaker Modules, Water Leak Sensors, and The Corso™ Valve.

The Omni Breaker™ Panel, is the central control unit, and functions similarly to a Main Electrical Panel. It is where information from the system’s sensors is monitored and controlled. An alarm condition at one of the system’s sensors will trigger the Corso Valve to shut down the incoming water-supply line, and will immediately send an emergency e-mail notification via the Internet, to our monitoring service, or the property management company.
Directly located on the Omni Breaker™ Panel are individual plug-in Breaker Modules. Each Breaker Module is identified by color, depending on its function. Blue, is designated for all water appliances: toilets, sinks, washing machines, hot water tanks, spas, swimming pools, sump pumps and so on. Green, is for lawn sprinklers, and replaces all existing timer control boxes. These green Breaker Modules can be programmed by time or quantity (gallons or liters), so that water can be conserved and used more efficiently, thus resulting in cost savings, for the property owner, or property management company.
The plug-in Liquid Breaker Modules, are either hard-wired or wirelessly connected to one or more water leak sensors. Each sensor will monitor water leaks or flow levels at any appliance, plumbing fixture or plumbing line. The individual plug-in Liquid Breaker Modules are connected to one or two Corso Valves, which in turn will shut off incoming water either locally at the appliance, per unit in a complex, or at the main, when a leak is detected. Immediately, the Omni Breaker™ Panel, will send out an emergency message, in the form of a detailed visual and written description of the problem, to those it is instructed to notify, such as property owners, building managers, engineering and security departments, by any or all of the following means; fax, e-mail or phone.
The Liquid Breaker™ water security, monitoring and controlling system, allows the property owner, management company or security service to monitor the status of all water facilities in a home or business via the internet, and to issue commands to the Liquid Breaker™ control panel, by interfacing with the web-page.
Warranty
The Corso™ Valve comes with a five year warranty. All electronic components have a 12-month warranty. For a small yearly fee, extended warranty protection can be purchased for the entire system. We also offer 24/7 central monitoring for large hi-rise buildings, commercial properties and residences for a monthly fee.
