Liquid Breaker™ Water Leak Sensor
The best way to describe the Corso Fluid Sensor
is as the fingers of the system. Wherever you
place them, they will monitor that area for the
moisture and wetness that are indicative of a
property damaging water leak.
When a leak is detected the Corso Fluid Sensor
sends a signal to an Omni Breaker panel, or a
908 Fluid Breaker panel in a hard-wired or wireless configuration.
The breaker panel then sends a signal to the Corso
Valve(s) on the supply line on the appliance, or on
the main supply to the floor or entire building to
shut off the incoming water.
To keep protecting your assets during those
unexpected power outages, the Corso Fluid Sensor comes
standard with a battery backup .
DC-Sensor
All DC-Sensors are gold plated, to last a lifetime without oxidation, and are connected to a
Liquid Breaker Module. When a water leak is detected, the DC-Sensor, trips the Liquid Breaker Module, which then lights up the flashing red alarm LEDs on the Breaker Module.
This sensor is capable of monitoring threat conditions such as water leaks, and moisture levels.
When an alert condition trips a Liquid Breaker Module, the same module will close a connected Corso Valve.
